Description
Unico is a white wine with a strong character and Sicilian identity, made from 100% Grillo grapes. Its marsala color anticipates a complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of almond, cinnamon, dried figs and dried fruit. On the palate it is dry, structured and perfectly balanced, thanks to its high alcohol content.
Versatile in its pairings, it is best enjoyed at 10-12°C with aged cheeses, or at 16-18°C as a meditation wine, accompanied by dried fruits and desserts.
